Daily Connect is charging for the number of unique active children each month. If no activity is recorded for a child during the billing period, either because he's away (sick, vacation, ...), because you're closed or for any other reasons, the child will not be counted in your invoice. If, for instance, you have 10 children on Mondays and 10 different children on Tuesdays, your invoice will include 20 children.

Yes, you and your parents still have access to the data even after you cancel your subscription. Parents can view all the information and download photos even after their child left your child care. While you won't have access to most Daily Connect features, you still have read-access to the data on your account even after your subscription has been terminated.
